Deliveries from UKBEDSONLINE throughout most of  UK MAINLAND are FREE. Delivery to  Scotland & Wales will incur the extra charges as follows: 

For orders to SCOTLAND the standard delivery of £45.00 will be charged.

For orders to WALES the standard delivery of £35 will be charged.

We do not deliver to the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands, the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.

IMPORTANT NOTICE.

When you receive your order it is important that you check the goods prior to accepting delivery.
When you sign for the goods you are confirming that all items have been delivered undamaged and no claims for damaged goods will be accepted once you have signed for the order.

We may deliver via national carrier Next Day insured delivery service where possible, for products specified as next working day delivery (unless a statutory bank holiday)

We aim to deliver products designated as next working day on that day, but we cannot guarantee this. The date quoted for delivery of the products is approximate only. Further, we shall not be liable for any loss suffered by you arising from any delay in the delivery of the product(s).

Reasons for delay or non-delivery could be:

Holiday periods eg: Christmas, Easter and any other statutory bank holidays.

Unforeseen circumstances, such as but not limited to lock-outs, strikes, riots, malicious damage, labour disturbances, trade disputes, government action, (including action by any local or statutory authority), fire, floods, vehicle breakdown, acts of God, delays by suppliers or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control.

The product(s) that you have ordered are not in stock.

 If we cannot deliver on the next working day for any reason, we will update you by e-mail or telephone as to the progress of your order, advising you of the anticipated delivery date, and contact you by email or telephone once your product(s) is (are) ready for dispatch. We will offer you a choice of either accepting with the revised estimated delivery date or cancellation with a full refund subject to the limitations listed below.

We do not deliver to the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands, the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. We can deliver before Midday on Saturdays but at additional cost. You will have been made aware of the above prior to our acceptance of your order and/or as detailed from time to time on our website. We cannot deliver on Sundays.

On receipt of your order, we will send you an acknowledgement by email. Please note that we have not accepted your offer to supply product(s) to you and no binding contract exists between you and us at this stage. The acknowledgement will give you full details of the product(s) you have purchased, delivery address, and financial details of the transaction. Please check these carefully, ensuring that:-

  1. Your name, delivery address, telephone numbers and postcode are correct.
  2. The products are correct, (including, colours, quantities required etc.)
  3. The financial details total correctly.
