METAL BEDS LTD

Laurie Williams is a name synonymous with metal beds.

He first started selling them in 1982 as an agent for Solar Metal Industries, then opened his own company, County Headboards in 1985. Became a designer/manufacturer in 1995 - 1999 and began importing as Metal Beds Ltd in 2002. That's more experience than 99% of his competitors.

He has built strong relationships with manufacturers in the Far East to ensure his designs are built to his specifications. Metal Beds Ltd has grown month on month over the past five years to now require a full time staff of 15 dedicated employees and a team of eight agents.

BREASLEY FOAM

We at Breasley Foam signalled our technological intentions way back in 1988 when we became the first company in the UK to purchase a CNC contour cutting machine. Since then, we have continued to branch out and have consistently imported the best conversion machinery on the market.

Breasley can produce and deliver memory foam products for seating and bedding.

Developed by NASA, memory foam was designed for use in space shuttle

seats to reduce G-force pressure on the astronauts during lift-off and re-entry.

The foam distributes pressure evenly over the body and reduces the risk of

back problems and general sores. Breasley also has sterilisation facilities

to ensure products are safe for use in a medical environment.
