On searching for the best replacement mattress for my pine bed frame, I looked at all the main websites like bensons, bedworld, dreams.

When I contacted them for advice, I found their service to be slow and very basic. They seemed to be limited in knowledge where their mattresses were concerned. I wanted a mattress with at least 1200 springs and memory foam. I was advised to go through their website for further information.

I then stumbled upon ukbedsonline. They were very helpful and understand of what my needs were and what I could afford to pay.

They made various recommendations and eventually I bought a rest assured king size mattress, quality of mattress was excellent, as was the price.

"I ordered a chest of drawers and needed fast delivery. The company advertised 2-3 week delivery which was what I needed. When it got past the 2 week mark then I contacted them because I was worried. They were excellent at dealing with my emails, checking on the status of my order and then checking back with me to ensure everything was ok. The drawers arrived on time and in good condition. I would recommend the company."
