Common Question: Why not Next Day Delivery on all items?

The majority of items are sourced directly from the manufacturers on receipt of each order as we do not hold all items in store. This enables us to pass on great savings to you, the customer, without having to pass on the expense of paying for a large storage facilities. All estimates below are to maximum date, most items are delivered prior to the maximum leadtime.

Standard Delivery DaysTimes

Available days for delivery are Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7.00am - 7.00pm. Some items may be available for a Saturday delivery at an extra surcharge. Please email info@ukbedsonline.com with details of your selected item(s) and a  member of our Customer Support Team will be able to inform you whether your item(s) can be dispatched for a Saturday delivery.

Anticipating Your Delivery Date

We will never arrange a delivery date without contacting and confirming the date with you first. Once your item(s) is ready for dispatch either we will contact you or our contracted delivery service will contact you in order to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date.

Day Of Delivery

On delivering your item, please note that our Delivery Agents are not permitted to remove any old items of furniture, nor move any other furniture to enable you to take receipt of your item.
Our Delivery Agents are also not permitted or authorized to assemble your purchase, where self assembly is required.
